Hannis T. Bourgeois, LLP is proud to announce they have named Jill K. Kindler, CPA/CFF, CVA, JD as Partner of the firm effective January 1, 2022. “Jill makes a positive impact on our clients, our people and our communities. She demonstrates a deep commitment to the development and growth of the firm,” said Managing Partner, Jay Montalbano. “We are proud of her accomplishments and look forward to her continued success.”

Jill Kindler, CPA/CFF, CVA, JD provides litigation support services, valuations, and handles complex tax matters. She assists clients in complex litigation and disputes involving economic damages, fraud, and valuation. She performs business valuations for various business transactions, succession planning, and estate and gift tax return compliance. Jill also assists with estate planning and prepares estate, trust, and gift tax returns. Jill is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (“AICPA”), the Society of Louisiana Certified Public Accountants (“LCPA”), Louisiana State Bar Association (“LSBA”), Baton Rouge Bar Association (“BRBA”), Baton Rouge Estate and Business Planning Council, leadership positions with Junior League of Baton Rouge and Chi Omega Fraternity. Jill serves as the Secretary for both Feliciana Bank & Trust Company and IDEA Public Schools. She is a graduate of Baton Rouge Business Report Leadership Academy and has been honored as a Boys & Girls Club Great Futures Honoree and a Baton Rouge Business Report’s Forty Under 40 Honoree, both in 2019. Jill holds a B.S. in Finance from Louisiana State University as well as a J.D. from the Paul M. Hebert LSU Law Center.
