HTB is always looking for talented new additions to our team. Our firm participates in college recruiting events and regularly presents at Beta Alpha Psi functions. In addition to strong grades, we look for people with confidence, ambition, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

The culture of HTB is hard-working but we balance that with a number of internal organizations like YoPreaux, our network of young professionals within the firm. YoPreaux provides networking, community service and professional development opportunities from day one. The efforts of YoPreaux include both internal and external events including; “Pour at 4” events that YoPreaux hosts on Fridays during the summer, Service Saturday, and the biggest event is the annual Trivia Night held every November for young professionals from across the industries and markets we serve.
