Effective Monday March 23rd, HTB will be operating on a virtual basis.
We think it’s important for you to know that HTB is monitoring the news and staying abreast of the changing developments with COVID-19 (coronavirus). We want to assure you that the health and safety of our employees and clients is our top priority. For the next few weeks, we’ll be adjusting our business to accommodate you during this time.
- Client Meetings. HTB offices will be closed until April 13th. Our teams are equipped with the technology to work remotely, and our goal is to continue to serve your needs throughout this time of business disruption. All client meetings will be conducted via phone, or web conferencing. We are still working remotely – please don’t hesitate to reach out to your HTB representative for guidance and resources to help your business through this unprecedented time.
- Important Documents. You may upload any documents, view invoices, or connect with your HTB representative through our client portal, located here. You may also mail or overnight documents to our office.
- COVID-19 Resources for Businesses. You can stay abreast of the latest changes in filing deadlines and other legislation here. This is a rapidly evolving situation, and one that we are actively monitoring. We are ready to adjust as things progress, and we’ll keep you up to date throughout.
- Invoices and Payments. You may continue to make payments on invoices via phone, mail or through the payment portal on our website. Our payment portal can be found here.
This is an unprecedented time, with many businesses seeing lower foot traffic or closing temporarily. We understand that many of you are adapting your business models to support customers online and keep your businesses running. We are here to help accommodate your changing needs.
Keeping our commitment to serve you during this unfolding situation is our focus. During this time of great uncertainty, we want you to know that you can still count on us to deliver the same quality services and solutions you and your business need.
