Hannis T. Bourgeois, LLP, Certified Public Accountants, recently announced the following promotions.  Sheryl G. Young, CPA, has been named a partner in the Audit Division.  She was previously a senior manager, and her areas of specialization include auditing in the financial institution and insurance industries and taxation.  Debra M. Whitt, CPA, has been named a partner in the tax division.  She was previously a senior manager and specializes in the oil and gas and financial institution industries as well as corporate taxation.
